I attended the GSA new vendor orientation. Three hour meeting included many areas of interest concerning your GSA contract.

DOD eMall vs. GSA catalog (transfer your GSA items to EMall catalog

CAV contractors assistance 2 year a IOA will visit to fill out your report card

Use the GSA Vendor Support center for questions concerning GSA contract

Use E Mods internet forms for modifications for your contract rather then paper forms...you wil need a digital signature ( roughly $100) to subit your e Mod.

Make sure you have your CCR and ORCA registration complete. Make sure you have your web site listed in your CCR so that GSA buyers can see your product and services.
